The DC cinematic universe motto in action, surely.
"Good Boy" is Batman story of the decade.

I was really into that whole annual, except for that last story, which felt like, unnecessarily mean? Wasn't a big fan of the whole"Arkham is full of crazy asshole weirdos so it's okay if Batman takes pleasure in beating the shit out of them", which is a super shitty way to present mental illness, but also a super dated one that I thought everyone, including the writers of every other feature in the book, had moved past because it makes stories feel wrong and way less interesting. Great craft, loved the use of coloring, but, kinda not what anyone should want from a Batman story in tyool 2016?
I picked it up after CBR's article.
So. Fucking. Good. Eisner-worthy, IMO.
Batman Annual was great.
I really enjoyed the Archer cameo
Danger Zone

I have to go. But if I find one dog hair when I come back I'll rub sand into your dead little eyes.
I also need you to buy sand. I don't know if they grade it but...
Coarse.

I have a post-it note on my laptop with this growing Phoenix list: Quentin Quire? Hope Summers? Rachel? Phoenix Five? Hopeless said. Im not 100% sure who well use or how exactly, but thats definitely part of the plan.
Last thread's top posters:

Hopeless wrote one of the two or three best books Marvel put out in ANAD. They could do a lot worse than him for Jean. That said I'm gonna pass lol.
I was really hoping we'd get the Weapon X announcement instead. Now I have to wait at least one more day.
He also did ANXM in ANAD.Hopeless wrote one of the two or three best books Marvel put out in ANAD. They could do a lot worse than him for Jean. That said I'm gonna pass lol.

Guessing Duggan.Don't forget Cable.
By "we" he is referring to the creative team on the Jean solo, so I don't get what you mean. How is this even a question. Rachel is literally going to be on X-Men Gold. The whole premise of this book is flawed.
Just: So happy my library editions of don rosa and carl barks came from the states in perfect condition, was so worried they could get destroyed. Thx again to the member who mentioned these editions in this thread. So back to lurking ^_~
But what about Solo?
Boom Boom hasn't appeared in a while. We also chose a premise that allows us to take advantage of the whole Marvel Universe. Jean will be bouncing all over the place, learning from and battling our favorite heroes and villains. Fans can expect lots of guest stars and crazy locales. And anyone who doesn’t think Boom Boom and Domino will make appearances hasn’t been paying attention.
Cable?I have a feeling it'll be Lemire writing but hopefully I'm wrong

I like Hopeless so this is a cool pick.

“It’s a sort of trials of Hercules story. Jean gets a premonition of sorts. She’s told the Phoenix is back in play and that the Earth is doomed unless Jean Grey can step up,” Hopeless tells Newsarama. “Unfortunately, the Jean Grey we have is a wildly unprepared teenager. Our Jean needs to level up in a hurry. She needs to step into those huge shoes and become the full grown badass we all know she will eventually. So… she straps in and heads out to get some life experience.”
