-Black Panther. A solo ongoing seems like a no-brainer.
-Thunderbolts. Surprising no-show, especially with Citizen V featured on the banner.
-Fantastic Four/Future Federation. Pretty sure Hickman said there would be a FF ongoing after Secret Wars.
-Black Widow. She's completely MIA, not on any team rosters and no solo. Surely there's something coming, here.
-Squirrel Girl. COME ON MARVEL. How does Howard the Duck get a relaunch but not Squirrel Girl
-Red Wolf/1872. Another no-show from the banner.
-Gamora. Pretty sure we know this one's coming, right?
-Weirdworld. Saw this on Rich's rumored complete list.

I'm probably going to drop all the X-books because they don't have Cyclops in it. I might read All-New since it at least has young Cyke (and his design looks pretty good), but I dunno. I guess I should renew my MU sub and read some old X-men stuff instead.

That preview yesterday seemed to imply the search for Cyke is one of the first storylines in Extraordinary.

I'm not trying to be coy or anything, but I'm a big believer in letting people read the stories and not spoiling things ahead of time. But yes, Cyclops and a number of other prominent X-characters are missing due to this event with the Inhumans, and beyond that I'm not going say anything [Laughs] because it's just -- yeah, it's all part of the story we're telling in the first couple arcs.

Hopefully he's back by the end of these arcs...

Is it normal for shops to mark alt covers up? My shop doesn't, but according to the owner, the other local shops charge upwards of 3x the price for variants?

It varies by shop and also the conditions the shop is required to meet to get the variants.

I should give FA and Low a read but I didn't find any of his books to be HOLY SHIT FRIGGIN' AWESOME quality.
They're good, and I would def. recommend his work, but I may get a better appreciation for him by reading those 2 series I mentioned.

Not reading dull DC and Marvel comics Heck I didn't even read Hickman's Avengers.

Black Science tho.

Yeah Black science ranks among my fav. of his work atm.

What did he write that you consider merely good?

I read some of his X-Force stuff which didn't interest me much, Black Science is pretty good.

Didn't he write Thunderbolts for a while? I liked Thunderbolts post Ellis and pretty sure his run was good.
