Cool. I can't believe DC does t have a rebirth FCBD promo comic. That very dumb on their part.
Yeah it's a really quiet year. No Rebirth is disgusting as fuck. My LCS does a good job of putting things out for people, and I'm sure that they still have some Darkseid War previews laying around from last year.
do they really need one, though? they have this giant-ass 80 pages special coming out, it's $2.99, it's about as easy to get as it gets

Maybe, maybe not. But to have almost no presence from one of the big two publishers at the biggest turnout for local stores is disappointing.
Yes, retailers even play a game where they pretend they aren't all free and you're supposed to play along and run past them.

Disgraceful. Who wants to read comics let alone pay for comics. I only get comics when they are free.
Great movie. Don't do this. You save money by just buying it. Don't worry about the math right now.
Fun movie that I have no urge to rematch.

Speaking of Star Wars, the second view of TFA really showed that the story of the movie relied on a tons of lucky coincidences.
Hurted it a little bit for me.

It's not really new in TFA. R2 and 3PO landing on the right part of Tatooine to be bought by Owen and within the right distance to Obi-Wan, a probe droid landing right next to Luke on Hoth, Qui-Gon landing right next to the village where the 'chosen one' lives etc etc.
Put it down to the Force.

so it turns out i bought all 4 volumes of zero on comixology at some point. just read the entire thing in 2 sittings and man, it goes from spy thriller to some abstract meta ode to ginsberg
Definitely not what i was expecting or hoping for out of the last volume.

Nah, interesting set of characters that somehow is one of the most boring books out there.

Not really. It should be a fun read, but it focuses on the least interesting characters in the bloated lineup and the missions are boring.
Jasper Sitwell the Zombie is the best part of the book and he can't talk

I can't seem to remember the title of comic I wanted to read. It was described as realistic take on Punisher like vigiliantism and it was about a group of cops (including AFAIR at least one woman) who decided to take matters into their own hands. I think one of the covers or first promo pics was the whole team dressed full black.
Anyone got a clue what that comic was? Would apprecieate the help greatly
