There are some horrible commercials out there, and for some reason I love to hate them. This is my most recent hated commercial. Post yours, so I can hate more of 'em.

But most of all, any one-minute video segment dedicated to a sponsor. Sometimes they're even longer. Instantly skip forward and hit the thumbs down.

The new SONIC commercials with this annoying little shit. WTF is the kid mumbling about ?



They don’t have any SONIC’s around here but if they did I would boycott them just for this . As much as I hated those other 2 goofy bastards from the old commercials this kid makes them look like comedy geniuses .

I have the weirdest crush on his girlfriend in these ads.

Anyway, my most hated ad, other than the Covid 19 fake 'low bitrate' stuff, is the halo top fat girl dancing in her underwear one.

I hate the ones on the right hand side of the screen on pornhub, you see an ad for a scene you like the look of but when you click it you get taken to a generic landing page with no clue as to what the scene was. Bastards.

I have a few I really hate:

The new Progressive ads where the guy falls asleep with the sign (as mentioned above)
Progressive on Ice
The Progressive ad where the girl is a total asshole to that guy she's on a date with (and obviously she's supposed to be the good guy, too, which pisses me off)
All of the woke corporation ads where big companies like to co-opt whatever bandwagon is popular currently (Sephora, Sprite, etc ad nauseam)
Any Spotify ad with that woman with the most annoying voice I've ever heard.

I'm gonna be controversial, I did not mine that Hey Google commercial with the voice actor who sounds exactly like the manager from Super Store. Had it only gone on for 30 seconds, or maybe even a minute of you had to, sure it would've been acceptable, but it drags on for so long.

Something to think about: If an Alien visiting Earth for the first time were to watch commercials they would probably think that black people are 50% of the population.

5 years from now they will think that Trans people are 25%

Probably not what you are asking but I always hated how like 60% of commercial breaks on cable networks are for their own shit.

Sometimes you'd get your movie or TV show interrupted for a commercial about the movie/show you are watching. I know it's to stretch the runtime but why not just have long commercial in between shows/movies

Hate the commercial that has the jingle “Liberty Liberty, Liberty, Liberty” with a passion. I seriously want to deck all the motherfuckers responsible for creating that horrendously annoying jingle right in the fucking jaw

“We are Farmers” jingle commercial is pretty damn bad as well

Will probably think of more later as I despise like 85% of all commercials when I was paying for cable. Thankfully, a break since NBA was all I watched and I cancelled the subscription. The commercials were really getting on my nerves and pissing me off. Would gladly pay additional money to just have the tv completely silent and a blank screen until the game comes back on
