Here's a question that should start some debate. Is commissioned art less worthy than non-commissioned art? Is non-C art better because it was pure from the artist? Do corporate logos count as art because they're commissioned? So pop songs(backstreet boys, brittany spears) count as art as opposed to songs written and performed by one person?

Discuss.
 
hahaha no. without comissions we wouldnt have the sisteen chapel, or most of the artwork you know today.

(1) Not inherently.

(2)...Just because something is commissioned doesn't mean it's art.

And, the biggest leap of logic seen this side of "If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit",

(3)...What the fuck are you on about? That makes absolutely no sense at all. This effectively states that because something is not commissioned, it's not art.

The hell?
