argh, just finished cleaning my radeon 9800 pro and other components put everything back etc and now the computer isnt starting! I can goto safe mode but cant seem to start windows (the normal mode)

Now I tried booting with a nvidia card and it didnt work either (Radeon 9800 needs internal power supply.)

I have checked all connections 3 or 4 times! Whats wrongs ?

ok I can see 2 windows loading animations but it restarts after that.

What exactly did you clean it with? Disconnect the battery on the motherboard for a few seconds or use the bios reset jumper, revert to initial settings, see if it gives you any more luck...

thanks a lot! Removing the cmos battery did the trick.
