I also have a very soft spot for Craig David. I'm a metal head...who listens to Modern Talking and Craig David. I'd like to think I just have very, very diverse taste...but man, seriously, some of the stuff I listen to is so weird. I mean Craig David is one thing, but the Sigfreid and Roy of 80s-pop is another.
