This is a puzzle that was yanked off the toy store shelves in 1987 for containing a swastika

in the center.

How much do you guys think this would fetch on ebay? it is un opened with some wear

and fade around the edges but for the most part is mint.

Box shot.

Not much, i got a few of them at a comic con back in 93 for 10 bucks for the lot of 4. They're probably worth a little but not much.

Wow, I definitely used to have one form or another of that puzzle. Very interesting.

First tragedy, then farce.
See, it wasnt Prince Harry's fault.. you are very impressionable as a child.. its all the Ninja Turtles fault.

Am I the only one around here who can't see "it"?

Must be cause even i saw it when i was only 3 years old. And hell i was able to tell what it was from watching Indian Jones. If that tells ya something.

The fact that it had a swastika in it would get it removed from eBay. No swastikas or Nazi/KKK imagery allowed except in very specific cases (ie: almost never).

You may want to try just finding a place to trade it elsewhere in this case.

Those Germans seriously need to get over it, soon this swastika stuff will reach the heights of the Montréal screw job if people don’t watch out.

Yeah, it's kind of annoying. The Forgotten Hope BF1942 mod had to go out of their way to make sure none of the vehicles or flags had the real Nazi symbols on them, instead all using an iron cross, since a substantial portion of their audience is in Germany. They claimed they'd eventually make an official patch for the rest of us to replace things with their real counterparts, but they never did, instead relying on a fan to do it. For a realism mod, that's not good.

I have a special connection with all of my childhood TMNT junk so I doubt I would have sold this anyway.

It was nice thinking that this would actually be of some value outside of my personal sentiment...oh well :)
