Pokémon Parentage Conspiracy Theorist
I saw him on C-Span 2's BookTV the other night, having a little Q&A on his book Democracy Matters. I liked him and I'm interested in reading some of his books, but I'd like to get some input first. Democracy Matters is something that definitely interests me, but he seems to connect a lot of themes in his thoughts that many people may not normally connect, so I figured it'd be best to read a couple of his other books first to make sure I understand his angle. So if you've read his stuff please tell me what you think, and if you've read a lot of his stuff could you recommend a few books and what order to read them in? Or would it be best just to read The Cornel West Reader and then whatever I want?

Hes got a few essays in Pragmatism: A Reader which is edited by Menand. I cannot comment on them since I havent read them yet, but that might be a good place to start as its selected writings, not a full book.

Or you could just watch the Matrix.

That last bit was a joke.
