What is some of the best creepypasta you have read?

I don't know if it counts but I find the Five Nights At Freddy's creepypasta to be great.

The Zelda one was cool. And don't mean to derail but OP you should check nosleep on reddit. Cool stories there. Especially the my dead gf is messaging me still story.

I do go on there everyonce in a while. I followed the one where a guy signed on to a suspicious wifi signal and got hacked.

My favorites are Huntsville Camping Trip and Candle Cove.

The lore behind Candle Cove and what folks have done with it has been great.

I hope some people post what they consider to be good creepypasta. It's definitely easier to post terrible ones (like WHO WAS PHONE or the countless lost episodes/hacked games variations) but I'd love to know the ones people actually like.

Now that I have your attention, please take some time to read one of the best creepypastas ever, Ted's Caving Page. Preferably at night.

I read one about a pioneer type guy building a house in the American woods hundreds of years ago, his employees and him are terrorised by some supernatural force in the woods... It was great. Damn I wish I could remember what it was called so I could read it again.

Also another vote for teds caving page being awesome.

I had a period around 2-3 years ago where I used to read a fuckton of Pokemon creepypasta. Most of it was terrible. There was a site dedicated to it, think it was called 6th floor or something like that.

Pale Luna is the best creepypasta I've ever read, maybe second only to Candle Cove.

It doesn't overdo anything and doesn't have any unbelievable supernatural elements. I can see it being something that really happened in the early-mid '90s.

I wouldn't say this was creepy, but I thought it was really creative and a good idea. There was a story about a kid with a magical piece of chalk, and he would draw things that moved and could make a show out of it. One day he decided to draw himself with the chalk piece, but the drawing drew a door, opened it, and unleashed hell on the world. The end.

EDIT: Found it. http://www.creepypasta.com/the-art-of-jacob-emory/

This one is super good and really creepy.

Love you guys. Disney, pale Luna and Pete the moonshiner have all just scared the shit out of me. It's the witching hour here in Liverpool. Nighty night.

Not even one?

maybe one. i posted a story from this sub once and got called out that it was fake.

/r/nosleep is a fiction sub. We encourage everyone, including readers, to stay "in character" while participating with us.

If the stories seem too real, or too creepy, that means the author did a good job.

NoSleep is a community for original horror stories. Stories may be true or not (but they are usually not).

That's stupid. Thanks for ruining that sub for me lol. It's not that I thought it's all real but to think that all the comments were people playing along is really sad and disappointing.
