Arcade Sega is the best Sega. That spirit died on Dreamcast, last gasp of breath on Xbox.
Nope, it just came back in full force with Shuji Utsumi's policy:

Bringing back arcade teams to home console games.

- Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble: Pure arcade experience, true return to form.

- Shadow Generations : Best 3D Sonic ever made due to arcade staff polishing the gameplay.

- Sonic Racing Crossworlds: A true arcade feeling made by the fantastic Sega Rally and Initial D Team.

(Initial D team doesn't joke with beta tests > They improved the game a looooot since February and they'll polish the gameplay until the end, they say)

- New Virtua Fighter with fully revamped animations:
"GO BIG OR GO HOME" is the leitmotiv of the producers...

I prefer old Sega but guys stop the rose tinted glasses:

Many of you bought the Playstation because Daytona Saturn was a technical mess (Circuit Edition a gameplay downgrade) and we had to wait modern Sega for good Daytona ports (PS360) and Daytona 2 in LAD.

PS: Guys... Alien Isolation is an In-House game.

Creative Assembly is Sega West since 2005.
(Yup, purchased 20 years ago by Sega)
