Damn the game ugly af .
The AI in CP2077 is still one of the worst ever seen in an open world game, so no... they have a long, long way to go stillCDPR redeemed yet?
I mean, Sean Murray got a second chance (deservedly so) after the terrible NMS launch and the wonderful work they've done since. We might forgive CDRP as well, right? No?
It's already in (and very good, each gun having a different trigger response)Cool. Now DualSense with adaptive trigger support.
I might actually be interested now. Will look for when it's on saleCool. Now DualSense with adaptive trigger support.
Not sure if you are digital only but I bought the PS4 version from eBay for like $15 new. Strange they are still charging $50 on the PS Store.I might actually be interested now. Will look for when it's on sale

Huh? Last time I checked it hasn't. I had to use to mods to get it and it was still not exactly like on PS5.It's already in (and very good, each gun having a different trigger response)
So put at least RT Reflections on consoles, you cowards
Putting only RT Shadows was infuriating
On my 3060 I can play it with all RT features, including RT lighting on Psycho at 40 FPS, so surely they can do better than this with FSR 2.1
i'd expect 4k fsr balanced (1296p) internal. it would destroy native 1440p or their internal res. scaler that is working with 1440pso what resolution can we expect now on PS5 and XSX in performance mode? they run at 1440p 60 in that mode already right?
My bad, I was talking about PS5 version indeed.Huh? Last time I checked it hasn't. I had to use to mods to get it and it was still not exactly like on PS5.
Will look again, but I could swear it wasn't two weeks ago.
EDIT: Sorry, meant the PC version. Are you referring to that one as well?
The only reason it was pulled from PSN was because of CDPR saying ask Sony for refunds. That being said, it's been nearly 2 years at this point let it go or don't show interest, but people coming out the woodwork to constantly shit on it is ridiculous. It's the clinging that's annoying, like you're looking for controversy that just isn't there anymore.Definitely wasn't pointless. They earned it all from their own actions. Let's not over-apologize for them so that we're forced to relitigate all their massive failures and lies at launch. They literally got pulled from the PSN.
As mentioned earlier, this game was pulled as CDPR said blatantly 'if you don't like it, ask Sony for refund'. And Sony took it personally and removed the game. It was never abour bugs or missing contentThey literally got pulled from the PSN.
Why do you think about FSR 2.1 compared to DLSS, native (or even FSR 1)?I updated and did a quick comparison between DLSS, FSR and Native.
DLSS and FSR are set to Quality mode 80% Sharpness
all are at 1440p
always a stationary shot followed by a shot in motion/strafing to the right:

not saying which is which, but you will be able to tell by looking at the file name I guess if you wanna check if you guessed right and the framerate will spoil it too I guess lol
It was already the way to go on console as it was already pretty clean with FSR 1.I'd imagine this makes the 60fps modes the unquestionable way to go on consoles (as with FSR 2.1, 1440p/60fps will look very similar to native 4k/60fps).

I reinstalled earlier last month. Bought the collectors edition at launch then installed when I finished it. Found it quite boring and uninstalled again after.Game is still not very good. I try to get in every few months and barely last a few missions. World is beautiful. Probably the best graphics ever. But my god is the gameplay boring. Shooting doesnt feel good. Combat abilities dont seem to do much. I have some melee builds that look good but gunplay builds not so much.
I really want to like this game but man, it's just boring.
No one even said shit until you brought it up. If people want to be skeptical about CDPR they have every right to do that as much as they want until their next game is released. The only reason it was pulled from PSN was because of CDPR saying ask Sony for refunds. Haven't played since launch but I felt the same towards the beginning regarding the gunplay. However once I got a few decent weapons and especially once I unlocked that double jump skill, I thought the gameplay was super fun.Game is still not very good. Nice.
Finally the consoles are starting to benefit from FSR 2.
it is. game has some creativity to it when it comes to combat. most people who downplay the gameplay are ones who only play for first couple hours with a regular pistol.Haven't played since launch but I felt the same towards the beginning regarding the gunplay. Someone asked if they were "redeemed" yet. Which is weird because the game was already playable and working on capable machines but they had to port it down.No one even said shit until you brought it up. If people want to be skeptical about CDPR they have every right to do that as much as they want until their next game is released.
Next time they start doing the rounds for their next game and sending out gaming chairs, trailers, and reviews, it will still be warranted. It will be warranted until the game is in people's hands and they have proven that they're trustworthy again.
Anyone that paid money for this game and isn't satisfied has every right to make that known as often as they want.
I enjoyed Cyberpunk but the game being cross gen is poor excuse how buggy this game end up being, there are tons of cross gen open world came that function perfectly fine. But I fully admit that CDPR should've either cancelled the previous gen ports or made them only playable on the enhanced consoles because the scale clearly grew out of it's original plan.
Im playing CP2077 for the first time, 22hs aprox.
It's just incredible what CDPROJEKT achieved with this game.
The quality of the dialogues and the quest are simply out of this world. The attention to detail, is just incredible.
Yes, it has a lot of bugs yet, but they dont ruin the experience at all.
Also, the story is brilliant.
Wide open field vs an actual fucking metropoliton.I enjoyed Cyberpunk but the game being cross gen is poor excuse how buggy this game end up being, there are tons of cross gen open world came that function perfectly fine.
For fuck sake Breath of the Wild which was also cross gen and had much more interaction compare to CP2077 and it on god damn Switch but that wasn't NO WHERE NEAER as buggy as CP.
Night City looks FANTASTIC, that still doesn’t excuse how buggy this was.Wide open field vs an actual fucking metropoliton.
I am not really ready to let them off the hook. I got the game for like $10 during one of those Target sales last year and I still feel like I got ripped off. The controls are some of the worst, and no amount of tweaks/changes that you make to them make it feel less like you're controlling a laggy tank. On top of it, I went the PS4 to PS5 upgrade path, yet my PS5 still wants to download the PS4 version of the game in addition to the PS5 copy.CDPR redeemed yet?

Nice indeed. FSR should be a console level setting. That would be super convinient.
That's Sony's shitty upgrade SKU system at play though, not really a Cyberpunk issue.I am not really ready to let them off the hook. That's not how FSR 2.0/2.1 works. It needs custom work on a per game basis to be implemented.
Yup same thing happened when I did upgrade for FFVIIR, every time put the disk it tries to download the PS4 version. That's Sony's shitty upgrade SKU system at play though, not really a Cyberpunk issue.
I know how it works. It was just wishful thinking. You know, going back to the days when consoles were convenient.
