They said 2.3 was the same scope of 2.2

2.2 was photomode, ride with johnny, new car paint, etc.

2.3 is more of the same. More photomode options, more paint, 3 new cars, 1 new bike, autodrive and improvement to HDR, VRR, FSR4, etc.

This changes little to nothing about the core game. Just extra bells and whistles.

I doubt this (see the graphic above, they talked about AMD upscaling in the presentation), but even if it was the case, you dont need to use PSSR to support PS5 Pro.
