I seem to get 25 boosts a day and I do exhaust them. What I have not done yet is use a few then wait and see if they refill.

No matter how simple or complex I make the prompt, if I use any name from Marvel or DC comics, I always get "Unsafe image content detected".
That started happening in the middle of the day yesterday and remains that way.
Prompts that worked yesterday morning now return a content block.
