You can get anti-raccoon powder or something like at the Home Depot; that stuff will simulate (or else actually is) the scent of wolf/coyote wee.

You can either invent some kind of spray raccoon repellent (thereby starting a lucrative side business at the same time), karate chop the creature into submission, or call animal...eh control I believe its called. Oh you could also set a trap for it, like a bear trap.
