Kind of wish we'd gotten a mount a bit more exotic than a horse (even if it's a magical death-breathing horse), something like a Spider or a Flying-type mount (Wyvern) or a Poisonous Lizard, etc. Oh well. He is a horseman after all.

pre-E3 has definetely taken off. It's just like last year. Most of the news gets released even before the show starts.

I'm so lame. I usually can't stand juvenile pandering, such as Gears of War or even Twisted Metal.

... But damn, I just love Darksiders so much. I don't care if I know it should be in the same category as the WWE: something about it all just comes off as so damn cool. The ending to the first was so badass, and all the character voices totally do it for me.

It's like what Tycho from Penny-Arcade said (paraphrasing); in any other game we would scoff at things like "Chaos Eater," but not here. It's a sword that eats chaos! That's what it should be called!

So a recap of the first game is the trailer for Darksiders 2. Does this confirm the sequel not taking place alongside the first game? Either way, I hope this one improves on the last one... Can't say I was too impressed with Darksiders 1 outside of visual design.

The main character design is once again, pretty horrible, the writing in the trailer was horrifically bad... but it's DARKSIDERS!

Also, it looks even more like a Soul Reaver game this time around.

hmm, War had an unlockable scythe weapon as well... I hope combat doesn't feel like a rehash of sorts. I'm also interested in seeing how they handle this - I mean, he's DEATH. LOL How can he NOT win in a fight? 1-hit KO's does not sound like fun, at all! XD

other than that I LOVED Darksiders, and was there day 1, from the trailer alone. I'm super-hype for Darksiders II!!!!!
