Death and Despair look even more badass then War and Ruin. I just hope they keep the Zelda formula, and expand the overworld a bit. More characters to interact with, side quests etc.

I read the first 9 or so Xanth books and tried Bio of a Space Tyrant; never got to the incarnations series.

After googling some, I did find that Death drives a 59 Caddy in the show SuperNatural

If I had to make a prediction, I'd say we'll be playing just as Death in this one. As for later games, I think it's a toss up. I'm not sure if each Horseman will get their own game. The series might end on a bit of a whimper if they do that, so maybe the third game will be the one where the multiplayer is added or all four horsemen are incorporated.

that's cool. good to see another anthony fan. anyway, i have been googling around and can't find the make of the car that his horse turned into in the book. going to have to dig in some boxes in my garage when i get home from work and find out. otherwise it will drive me crazy. as for this game, will it be similar to the first (zelda meets god of war) or are they changing it up and making it a different genre for each horseman. like dmc for death, a shooter for strife, an so on. i hope it sticks to the zelda format myself. unless they figure out some nice mix of genres like the first.

Looks pretty awesome. I was worried that if it was a direct sequel it would have some co-op forced in, but if this is when War is in stasis then I don't need to worry about that.

2012 is nice because this year is too busy already. Give it enough time for a good development process.

I played through on PS3 first and it was fine. Though I'd suggest the pc version to anyone who has the option of playing it on pc.

Nothing besides a few minor issues present in the 360 version as well, well worth the money though.

PC version was like 7 bucks on amazon a few weeks ago though.

I like that idea. Since THQ has a hard-on for XBLA/PSN tie-ins for their high profile games now, it's not inconceivable they'd do something with those two in a downloadable game or even a bit of DLC like Pigsy's Perfect 10.
