At least we can all agree that NESTLE water is the worse of them all.

You do realise that Dasani contains Dihydrogen Monoxide, yes? You want to keep away from that shit.

:lol :lol WTF?! I mean that's sorta funny as a joke, but then I clicked on the link and there are a LOT of websites that look like they're completely serious... I'm not missing anything am I?

The linked to sites have no affiliation to the dihydrogen monoxide group. The internal links are of course part of the site.

Dihydrogen monoxide! IT KILLS! KILLLLLS!!!!

* Death due to accidental inhalation of DHMO, even in small quantities.
* Prolonged exposure to solid DHMO causes severe tissue damage.
* Excessive ingestion produces a number of unpleasant though not typically life-threatening side-effects.
* DHMO is a major component of acid rain.
* Gaseous DHMO can cause severe burns.
* Contributes to soil erosion.
* Leads to corrosion and oxidation of many metals.
* Contamination of electrical systems often causes short-circuits.
* Exposure decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes.
* Found in biopsies of pre-cancerous tumors and lesions.
* Often associated with killer cyclones in the U.S. Midwest and elsewhere.
* Thermal variations in DHMO are a suspected contributor to the El Nino weather effect.

:lol :lol :lol Looks exactly like anti-ozone websites.

Dihydrogen monoxide isn't water, is it? I thought you didn't use the "di" prefix for compounds with two bonded atoms. That would make it 2HO instead of H20.

You shut your pie hole, Poland Spring is great!

Yeah, believe the hype, it is the best bottle water out there. Others seem to get some sort of weird taste when they get room temperature warm, but not Poland Spring.

Wouldn't the number have to follow the atomic sign anyway? It's been a while since I took chemistry but "dihydrogen monoxide", haha that's a good one.

The 'dihydrogen monoxide' joke is really old. Even if you can prove that it doesn't refer to water, that's what people refer to when talking about it :P

EDIT: After thinking about it, I'm pretty sure it'd still refer to H20. If you were to say 2HO, it'd just be 2 moles of hydrogen monoxide I think...
