The moment I saw the Vice article denouncing it, i thought to myself that it has to be insanely funny if they're telling me to not watch it. Funny is funny, even non-PC humor. I've laughed my rear end off at jokes where people like me was the butt of the joke.

You broke into Dave Chspelle's house?

So he made an MJ joke and apperantly now he needs to be cancelled.

Nothing will top his older specials. Look at him he loves it. Quick sprinkle some crack on him.

So fuckin' good. Haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Social commentary is 100% on-point, too. People needed to hear this.

I got banned by those pussies on Era for saying how fantastic the show was. Shit, I felt like defending it after the beating it was getting on there.

went back and watched the epilogue and some of the jokes there are funnier than in the special. dude really has no filter and lets everyone get a piece.

Man, I didn't see the epilogue. I stopped it with about 2 minutes left when Dave signed off.

Do I really have to watch the whole thing again without skipping in order to see it?

I enjoyed the special. It provided me a reprieve from the struggle of life. He made a joke about nearly everyone if not everyone.

Best comedy special I've seen in awhile. Haven't laughed so hard, in quite some time. Dave's bit about the LGBT riding in the car was genius.

I think the best joke had to be the Standards and Practices part - "Well Renee..."

For sure. Dave is best story teller in the business hands down. The bit about French actor jussie smolliet and the Nigerians "are you the f---- n---- from empire" and the Sounds like something I would say! Had me in tears.

hey for the people who saw this earlier today was the special on the trending now tab in Netflix or on the large banner?

Me and my friend checked our individual Netflix accounts and neither are there. Though my friend swears it was there earlier in trending.

When I watched, Mindhunter was top billing and Chappelle was underneath.

Is this Busta Rhymes?

Just finished it. It's some of his best work and not only better than his previous Netflix specials, but probably the best one Netflix has put out in a long time. I didn't think it was that controversial, but I'm surprised Netflix approved this. Good on them.

The "ta ta bitch" story in the epilogue was the highlight for me. That and Michael Jackson staring at buttholes.

god this guy is so obnoxious .. had to stop at 'dropping a nuke on the culture war'. I can imagine what Chapelle would have to say about this clown...

I hadn't watched either the special or the Tim Pool video when I posted it. Now that I've watched the special (but not the Pool video yet) I feel like he went after everybody.

Of course the left aren't going to like certain jokes, they can't stand seeing a famous person of color making them look so foolish. They're an oddly prudish bunch like that.

This one is his best set in a long time, imo.

Dave's take on the haters....

That skit was so spot on. I'm similar to Dave in that I'm not a Trump fan and didn't vote for him but I knew he was going to win for months. There was just something in the air.

Ironically I suffered from TDS before it was cool. Now I realize he's just another president saying shit and doing stuff. Meh. I thought he was going to be a warmonger too but it turns out he's all bluster. Thankfully.

Watched it last night and its been a while since I laughed so much. He is still my favorite comedian today next to louis ck.

Dave made fun of literally everybody. Who are the only ones complaining? The Gs and the Ts are doing exactly what he said. So meta lol

And here is the real kicker. What do gays, blacks, trannies, lesbians, women, etc all want? To be treated EQUAL but when they are actually treated equal they dont like it. They dont want to be joked about like everyone else is, they dont want to actually be equal to everyone else. They want to be special and be treated different, and that is the exact opposite of equal.

You CAN NOT have special circumstances, special considerations, make special demands, want special exceptions and so on and still be equal. Id have more respect for those people if they would just admit "Yes we want to be different and have advantages no one else gets because we want to be special above normal people" because at least they would be honest about what they want.

i like his story from the epilogue, where a trans person thanked him for normalizing them. really, if you are not allowed to laugh at/with a person, they hold some kind of power over you. you can't be accepted by everyday normality and yet fly into a rage anytime a comedian says a joke about you.

doubly so given that he is a black man. LGBTQ alphabet soup stealth sneaks in white people to the front of the line of oppression. "listen to women and POC" is the line for SJWs, who consider "women" to be "anyone who identifies as such". the irony of it all, that we have white people, and in many case biological white men, upset at a black person calling out their specific privilege, and these people think they are on the side of social justice, is not lost on him.

Once he did that Anthony Bourdain joke, I knew I was in for a ride. A perfect encapsulation of the "let's be honest here" angle.

Goddamn at the punchline. Magnifique.

The B in LGBT should just be Blacks honestly, do you ever hear anyone give any amount of shit about bisexuals that aren't college aged experimenting girls? I have never heard any serious talk about bisexuals, from anyone, ever.

I'm a bisexual male and I've gotten more shit from gay dudes than anyone else.
Never watched any of his standups before. I'll give it a try later.
Go watch Killing Them Softly... you can probably find the whole thing on Youtube with good quality.
