The save my password feature is done automatically and most of the time I forget about it when I'm over a friends house so it's understandable if it does happen but yeah if it's on a public computer you're going to want to be more cautious.

I've noticed that every public terminal I've used, they had "Save Forms & Passwords without asking" on.

I don't think it's malicious in nature but just to keep the "nagging" prompt out of people's hair. They just just turn form and password keeping off though. I always check if I have to use one and turn it off myself.

Logging in as them is wrong.

Now, if they left their account logged in and then left, that's a license to have some fun for as long as you can.
