Kobe for MVP? Fine, he can join Iverson as the only sub-41% shooters to ever win the award. But at least Alan led his team to the Finals that year (iirc), whereas LA's not getting past the second round imo.

The coach is only a minor part of the problem. Look very closely at your shooting guard. I'll paraphrase Homer Simpson when I say McGrady is both the cause and solution to all the Rockets problems. Watching the Rockets this year has mirrored my experience with watching the Magic last year.
1. 10-15 sec to start the offense
2. A SHITLOAD of isos with McG with a corresponding fall away 22 footer clanging.
3. Lue. nuff said.
4. Total team lathargy.
Think I'm talking about the Rockets? Un-uhh...talking about last years Magic. You can change cities and coaches and philosophies but you can't change a person who doesn't hold himself accountable and has lost his heart. Sorry. That said I love Francis but he drives me nuts with his spastic play, but I'll take his effort any day over lazy-eye and I can't over magnify the word lazy.
