haha, no way in Satan's HELL was that for Xbox360 much less PS3. that's a current generation game, and looked very poor even for that. when the trailer flashed "next generation consoles" or something to that effect, they ment next-generation consoles as in PS2-Xbox. you know how the mainstream is always calling current consoles "next generation consoles"

am I saying that this game is not being made for Xbox360 and PS3? no, I am not saying that. I'm saying what was in the trailer was current generation, and not even very impressive.

Oh, come on. This one doesn't look that bad. Ok, I think that the gameplay footage in the trailer comes from a PC-Version running on a current PC, but it defenitively doesn't look like it could run on a PS2 or an Xbox. Well, maybe it could run on an Xbox. I am pretty sure that this game will look much better, when it will be shown on nextgen hardware.

Nevertheless there's another thing I wanted to say: is it just me or do 90% of the games announced so far for next gen hardware have a demon/horror theme? Why is that so?

Maybe it was just the streaming video quality, but nothing in that looked at all to be next-gen in any way. In fact, nothing in that video even looked very good. :\ Poor TR...wish they'd go back and make a new Terminal Velocity-style title.

Seriously, though...the game just looks like a current-gen game. I laughed when the next-gen physics text cuts across the screen and all you see is what Psi-Ops has already done. I dunno...could just be an awful video showing off the wrong stuff at the wrong time, but I can guarantee that this vid won't help many people get stoked about its release. I'm just hoping that it'll seem more interesting closer to release.

If this is how the average next-gen game will look like I say it's way too early for new hardware. If we can't see much difference between this footage and games of this generation, how do they expect joe on the street to?
