Yea I live abroad. Unless they don't take money off the card I don't want to use the local card I have here, with the exchange + fees etc (or possible lock)

Well too risky anyways. I kind of stopped doing stuff with amazon unless I am ordering from amazon jp.
Especially since I can buy a book and posters for less than what amazon wants for one book that is smaller then where I order the other stuff from. Funny since the other stuff are further AND go through Seattle.
Just not worth it. I mean even my local bank blocked blizzard, though due to many complaints with the company.

you dont need a code. just register a playstation hongkong account and set it in your console, you can get the beta free, the way to register is in OP.
no credit card or paypal needed. it's all free.
So wait it is free on Hong Kong PSN?

Secondary method. Create a Hong Kong account on PSN, where you can download the beta freely. Then just switch to your NA account once downloaded, and it should be there I believe.

Make sure to log out of your region's PSN account first, or it takes you to your region's PSN.

yes, the beta is free for all players (no matter if you have or not pre-ordered the game or you are/not a psn plus member)
anyone could get the beta for free!
It's a benefit for PSN hongkong and Japan account. (no card needed, no paypal needed, no psn plus needed)
It's only starting on PS4 tomorrow.
