Ugh. Tempted to pick this up on PS4 despite enjoying the PC version a lot. I'm gonna wait to hear how the PS4 strike is. If it's anything like Destiny 1 I won't be too fussed but if it's decent I'm gonna wind up double dipping.

Anyways, I know how addicted I was at times with Destiny and don't need the distraction right now but man am I coming really close to pulling the trigger reading all this. Honestly, just having the in-game map display public events with a timer has me excited for patrol again. I remember always wanting it to be a mechanic in Destiny 1.

Im super curious about trials, even more-so than the raid.

They mentioned mant times that they wanted to make content more accesible to all players. I imagine trials wilp be more casual friendly somehow going forward.

My biggest struggle is that, strangely, Warlocks feel like the best team player sort of character as far as utility is concerned. Titans have their bubble and wall shield, but compared to the Shadowshot and the kit of the Warlock, it feels like Titans have been grossly neutered. Only reason I'm not just flipping to Warlock so quick is my emotional attachment to Titan and that horrible jump that the Warlock has.

Sentinel team utility with Code of the Protector is off the charts, IMO

Either of the two walls is beneficial (large cover or short + reload), then:

Defensive Strike: Kill an enemy with this Melee Ability to create an overshield around you and nearby allies.
Rallying Force: Melee kills restore Health for you and nearby allies.

Pretty great stuff. Pair with some exotic(s) that help you get melee again quicker and your team will be hardy like bear
