Anyone know if mobs are still leveled or do they 100% scale for your level? I ask because it seems we can't see mobs' levels anymore and the only reason I can think of why is that because they don't matter anymore (ie: monsters now scale 100% to your level instead of a bit)
 
Almost finished the Beta mission. Yup, so far they've fixed every issue from the beta.

Running smooth af on OG PS4. God, I missed Destiny.
 
when you finish a crucible match, you don't see what other players got like before, this is a horrible change, i wish they bring it back ASAP
 
I am a little worried about missing out on the pre order bonuses...:(

I think 2 of the 3 items will be available in Dec. but still...What about the salute emote

Thats ok It just made me mad seeing players do worse then me and get better gear. But id like to see what my fireteam gets. Half of the game is showing off your loot drops.

This! I got no cares about what others got because I'll most likely be bummed out more often than not like D1 lol. Hell... I'd even be completely cool if we just got engrams that we needed to decrypt later and they went right to the postmaster or our vault or something.

I wanted that gun so bad, really hope they bring it back. Every time Xur sold it, I didn't have access to my ps4 lmao.

But boy, did the game sure love giving me No Land Beyond over and over.

It feels so much more rewarding and gratifying than the original which is fantastic. Gives you even more of an incentive to keep playing.
 
Finding an SMG called Sorrow right after the attack next to that camp of dead Guardians, with the violin music playing. Fuck me, this is good.
 
How do I force the update on Xbox One? My sons download is at 34.9, is there a way to check the current version? I just downloaded it a few hours ago.

Not really, the Coldheart Exotic gun will be fun to play with for a bit, but I doubt it will be overpowered. It comes out in Dec for non preorders. The Ghost Kill Tracker is nifty but not really useful in end game activities, just cool to see how many you killed over time

There's some interest in actually making Ahamkara skull clan tees for members. I'm looking into a Tee Public-like print on demand solution. I'm not looking to make money. I just want to find a cheap way for everyone to get them.

I've preordered the PC version...so won't get to play for a while yet but from just skimming this thread, reception seems positive so far.
 
Does someone know how the character/account import works? I have read conflicting things like if you have 3 chars in D1 and decide to import, you import all 3 automatically. I also heard the stuff like Emblems, Opening, etc. are account based.

So... as someone who has currently 3 characters in D1, doesnt really want to transfer any - because they all look subpar and I want to make new ones - do I have to import them to get opening, emblems etc.? I do not care about the date of birth timestamp.

Account and Character Migration
In preparation for Destiny 2, all existing Destiny accounts automatically underwent an Account and Character Migration process on August 1, 2017. This process prepared some of their character and game progression data to be imported into Destiny 2.

⋙What is the Account and Character Migration process?
Destiny 2 will recognize and reward some of the in-game accomplishments of returning players. To enable this, all eligible Destiny accounts automatically underwent an Account and Character Migration on August 1, 2017 to import account and character data into Destiny 2.
Only Applies to Existing Data: Account and Character Migration will apply to all existing accounts on August 1, 2017. Any Characters created or game progress made after August 1, 2017 will not be represented in Destiny 2.
Automatic Process: Players are NOT required to log into their Destiny accounts on or after August 1, 2017 to complete the Account and Character Migration process.
Character Requirements: For a Character's game progression to be recognized in Destiny 2, the Character must have reached at least Level 20 and must not have been deleted at the time of the Account and Character Migration.
Character Data in Destiny 2: To see their migrated data represented in Destiny 2, players will need to ensure that they use the same PSN or Xbox credentials when logging into Destiny 2.
No Expiration on Migrated Data: There is currently no time limit or expiration date on accessing Destiny account data that was migrated to Destiny 2.
