Man, crossplay is so good. I bought me an Xbox series S to be my "budget PC" in my living room for when I can't use the PC in my office/bedroom.

i tried doing that with steamlink, but theres too much latency. then tried moonlight app for raspberry pi that lets you stream via nvidia gamestream it works alot better but it's still not as good as directly on PC. also it's the most unintuitive thing to setup and shit just breaks randomly so then you spend hours troubleshooting it.

Dunno why I haven't posted in here yet because I play a shitload of this game.
Got all the Trials Titan armor + weapons and somehow managed to get a god roll Reed's Regret, pretty happy with what I got even though some of the matches were pretty painful lol.

My RR has Ionized Battery, Triple Tap, Vorpal, charge time MW. Seems that's a roll for PVE which is what I mostly play in this game so I'm fine with it.

I like it too. I'm gonna be interested to see how the catalyst perk goes. I suspect it's either going to be ludicrously OP or nigh useless.

Went flawless for the first time in my life. It's a pitty flawless but I'll take it.
The catch is to farm trials on all your characters first and then, when you're tired of trials try going flawless.
Once you go flawless, matchmaking will pitch you against flawless teams only.

I’m el teriblé at PvP so I was super happy last week when two clan mates were carrying people. Wish I could’ve gone this week for the adept reeds regret, but shayuras is my favorite smg in the game so I’m super happy to Have it be my one and only adept trials weapon.

I've had dozens of shayuras drops. None with kill clip though. And no adepts either.
Got two adept reed's regret. One with quick draw and headstone. Headstone is a cool perk with fun synergies with the stasis subclasses.
A friend got two with the same roll. Triple tap and vorpal. Lucky bastard.
Unless Bungie messes up with matchmaking again, trials is much more accessible to bad and average players. Just don't expect to go flawless on Friday night.

I’ve got Heating Up / Kill Clip on my shayuras and I love it. It feels so incredibly crisp.

Got the Ager catalyst. It's good... I think? Not super blown away by it but at the same time it doesn't seem terrible either. Will have to experiment more but not sure how worth it the super energy tradeoff is yet.

it took hours. But i finally got my vault down to 361 from 491. That was the biggest barrier really for me playing Destiny again. My vault is just always full. And these stupid umbral engrams they shove down ur throat constantly now weren't helping.

seems like if you run Warlock with the Battle Harmony chest you can basically run the gun at full strength most of the time, as long as you don't actually top off the super again. (then you'll need to activate the gun again).

I really hope they'll put in a function in the mailbox that would auto delete blue stuff for me. I've got so many shards and prisms pushed out because of overflowing blues
did a VOG run last night with LFG groups, and got into one that's all Xbox and Stadia players and nobody want to get on Discord. still got it done relatively smooth with no chat whatsoever. pretty funny in it's own ways

the wording here is so hard to understand. not sure if this means they are making new ways to get Hawkmoon and DMT, or just new encounters for new Exotics. Master Rahool will also take cover Spider's duty in regards to the currency exchange stuff too. at least it'll be more convenient now I guess. and we'll be getting another old raid back and 3 old PvP maps (1 from D1, 2 from D2).

now that we knew about the mini screebs and know how to handle them, I feel that the biggest problem are actually the freaking purple fire nades they chuck at us. those comes in so fast and often when you're behind cover and didn't even see them out. me and people I tried GM with had died to them so many times now.

Man, I wish it was easier to find a console clan. Lfg is a shitshow since every pc player I come across doesn’t understand why I don’t have a pc next to my couch so I can use discord party chat, as if the game doesn’t have a fire team chat. It’s been so hard for me to enjoy this season with absolutely nobody to play with and nothing end game is easily doable solo on console…

took 103 games apparently. not sure i played even a quarter of that in the other weeks... the problem is now i dont feel like grinding more loot until reset. spent.

Honestly the loot is more rewarding just playing on a 7 win ticket and not being in a flawless pool. My groups plan is to hold off on flawless till Monday night before reset so we can grind out a flawed 7 win card for loot. Game was dropping ascendant shards for me about every 3 matches after the seventh win, and usually a trials engrams every time.

figured I would give it another go on the GM Nightfall before the reset last night. after a couple failed LFG runs, finally got a win. I was on the blink of passing out too because it was running so late

Hey guys, is anyone here able to help with the Legendary Shattered Realm thing? It's a total pain in the ass, and unfortunately nobody I know really plays consistently anymore. I'm trying to go for the title which you need to complete all 3 levels for.

PS: Lake Of Shadows GM this week sure is easy. the Blight bubble cheese makes the first part of the run so less stressful. and the bubble + well + Focus Lens combo can really melt the boss fast. I was running the Tarantula because we don't have anything to pop (just that one) arc shield, otherwise I would be running sword too.

Edit: Or maybe not. Got a smallbore/ricochet rounds/killing wind/rangefinder on first try. Reloading MW though but eh, not gonna complain. Probably would have taken quickdraw or overflow over killing wind too but kinda close.

EST, although I think it'd be easier with 3 people as it throws a shitload of enemies at you.
Honestly I'd be up for reviving the clan, as I said I'd like to try GMs as well. And I still haven't managed to get Mytho yet.

sure. I'm down for it too. I'm currently just in a random clan I joined a while ago, so I'm down for switching back to the GAF one. and I can do most PvE stuff without issue so if you need help on those, I can do them too.

Any recommendations? Im a returning player after not playing for a year or two. Have the expansions up to Shadowkeep. Have done the campaigns. Any suggestions on what to do after this? Am not interested in raids or getting the most uber gear, am a pretty casual, mostly solo, mostly PvE player, just wondering what sorts of low-key activities or decent quest lines people with more recent experience might recommend.
