Destiny alpha code begging thread

These guys are pretty legit. They've run a weekly podcast dedicated solely to Destiny for well over a year now. They've also had DeeJ on the podcast as a guest before, they have a very good relationship with him. They've also been allowed access to the alpha for a some months now. Not to mention they're also at E3, acting as booth assistants, who help show of Destiny to journalists.

I'm sure Activision will be a lot more generous with their codes.

Imho the BF thing was a bit messed up. Typical EA stuff I guess. I thought they were gonna get EVERYONE who was interested in within 2 days, but nope, just BF4 players and those only for like 2 hours before that wasn't possible anymore on PS4. Thanks for nothing EA. I don't wanna see people on twitch playing and see gameplays of YouTubers you were paying off, I'd rather like to play it myself.

Edit: Now I just got my BF Beta code... Awkward. Thanks for something I guess.
 
Hi Guys, my brother has got a code and I will want to play with him in this alpha. Would be great if anyone wants to give me a spare code :)

That would be awesome. My brother typically stays away from fps games but he's interested in Destiny. Hope he's able to try it out this weekend.
 
Just going to confirm.. the "sign up for alpha" was just the enter your PSN ID, right?

Sooner the better though, would love a code if people have spares.
 
I can't remember if I actually applied. I see the link says "registration closed" right now. I get the feeling that when I tried to do it before it just redirected me back to the main Sony page. I think I'm out on this alpha. Oh well.

Haha, yeah, exactly my thought. But maybe I'll just play 1 hour of Destiny (if I skip the ceremony), then watch football and then play Destiny again. These weeks are so full of cool stuff. Xgames, E3, wordlcup, Anaheim. I love it.

In that case I guess I'll beg you specifically (if you do end up getting multiple keys), and anyone else in general that might have an extra.

I dont think i can miss either, So it's alpha on Destiny as cant be pushing that aside, And either record the World cup or stream it on laptop too the side of me. Either way today is a good day

Okay.

Some people got codes early for being at E3, got them off Devs stream on Twitch etc.

Everyone who signed up via the GreatnessAwaits site will get their codes e-mailed out in the next ~10ish hours. Deej (Bungie Community Manager) said on an interview earlier today/yesterday that everyone who signed up through the website is guaranteed to get a code.
