Yep I was getting that too. I called PlayStation station support and the first person I talked to told me I had to wait 24 hours. I ask if she could add the game to my account, She said she couldn't. I then asked if She could remove the wait, She said she couldn't. So I asked for a manager. After explaining my situation to him, he immediately asked for my code and added the alpha to my account.
So you could try your luck with support.
