I offer you all an option.

Do you pay money for the alpha, like the people that got them from me/others immediately after the codes went out? No muss, no fuss.

Or do you go sweat equity and try and get a code in here?

What's your time/frustration worth?

And don't try to tell me about the community or any of that. On a base level, people have something you want, which is hard to get. They can do what they like. While it's awesome to see people give out their codes here, it's the equivalent of throwing a raw steak into a pile of lions, it's never enough and nobody really wins out of it.
 
No Alpha code for me i'm afraid. Did receive a Beta code tough, so not all's a loss.
How long is the Beta gonna last?

From what i am reading on the bungie forums (which may be bs) there will be no more codes, they sent everything already. Those that did not get it used their psn email to register and not their username.

Again i am not sure if this is true but so far no one i can see has disputed it.

I definitely used my PSN username ( the big letters requesting it were the giveaway ) and would easily have been among the first to register.

So the story that everyone who registered would get in was BS ?
 
I mean, I got into beta but I'd rather not wait until July to play. Sucks cause they told me I'd be in alpha at e3..

Yeah, I would hope that this is just a miscommunication. I'm pretty sure I can properly fill out a form. I mean it's not the end of the world, but I'd like to try the game.

Quit quoting him. It spoils the effect of deleting his message.

For everyone else who thinks a community trading/begging thread is a good place to line their pockets, feel free to check the OP which links to me saying not to. If I catch anyone else doing it, I'll blacklist you for any and all future GAF giveaways, and you'll catch a ban for ignoring a moderator.

When are they going to send out more codes? Sucks that they said everyone will get it and the beta is only 4 days and some people are losing an extra whole day of playing it...
 
So, did anybody get it in the last couple of hours ?
I bought the ps+ just to play this game since they were all like "everyone will get it, if you registered" but it seems they either ran out or the system crashed or they just lied :(
 
Okay so while I already have the alpha myself I'm looking to get a code for my best friend.

He forgot to get signed up on the website in time and is really jonesing to play it after the footage I've been uploading to facebook. If any kind soul can help me/my friend out that'd be amazing.

I do have a Battlefield Hardline beta I can trade for it as well if anyone's interested. Just shoot me a PM. (US btw)
 
If someone gave me a US code I will take a video of myself eating something really gross and send it. This is a once in a lifetime offer.
 
I too seek a US code. 6 months spent away from my 2-year old so far for work, gimme something to be somewhat happy about? ;p
