They're Bungie.net codes.. they should work in any region since you select region after you enter the code.

3. Cancel Pre-order

Its important to preorder PS4 version, Xbox1 version doesnt send you a code for some reason.

Well yeah maybe, but then again you can do same thing in gamestop or bestbuy, get a beta code, play it and not liking it, and getting a refund, thats the risk they are taking, so...
