Yes, there is a 360 beta. I just pre ordered on Amazon for the 360 and haven't received a code. Googled it and this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId=1000752923 says

Orders made before 17 July 2014--codes will be e-mailed to you before the launch of the beta (17 July 2014 at 18:00 BST for PS4 and PS3; 23 July at 18:00 BST for Xbox One and Xbox 360).
