Guessing ToO is going up without the Golden Gun glitch being fixed? Going to be a shit storm with that going on in every single match.

It depends on the map but I don't think the Golden Gun Glitch is going to be all that effective in Trials. Annoying to be sure, but you can certainly play around it. We'll find out in a few I guess.

It doesn't force you to have to know which character is holding the items you need to transfer. It pools them together by type no matter where they are. It takes away a completely unnecessary layer.

And it's easy to create multiple predefined sets of gear and switch them to a character. You can even designate which items should be equipped as part of the loadout.

You can do that with Tower Ghost.

How many total weapon slots do we have available? I'm thinking keeping the following "styles" of weapons in addition to all exotics:

Primary:
3 Auto Rifle (Shadow Price for life and Pest Control Matrix for rerolling, Atheon's Epilogue until I get Word of Crota)
3 Scout (Vision/Fang/rerollable)
3 Hand Cannon (Fatebringer + PVP HC/rerollable + Word of Crota if it ever drops)
2 Pulse (Oversoul Edict/Messenger)

Secondary:
3 Snipers (Each element, Black Hammer for solar)
2/3 Fusion Rifles (Murmur doing double duty for burns means I could get away with a void FR)
3 Shotguns (Void Matador 64, Solar Party Crasher +1, Arc Found Verdict)

Heavy:
3 RL's (Each element, Hezen or Hunger for Solar? I'm #ForeverNoHorn)
3 MG's (Each Element Corr Measure for void, otherwise favoring the slow fire rate ones)

All that means I could get away with 26 non exotic weapons and cover the gamut of weapon types and situations. It'll also give me plenty of room to hold exotics.

This sound like a solid plan? If so I will have SO MANY weapons parts...

Wow Bungie is going to make me grind 5K kills with this awful SideArm class for grimoire purposes.

I waited until I got the exotic in hopes it would make it easier/more fun.



It did not.

Sitting at 1500/5000 so far.

Edit: Best to do in a group of people so you are getting credit for their sidearm kills, as well as your own.

Like, just take 3 people into a strike playlist or something, and set a personal rule of only using Sidearms (except for the boss or something).

Yeah I can hop on here in 2 minutes for some runs. Fingers crossed for a smaller map, although that would exacerbate potential ashes to assets abuse.

So Thorn isn't getting a nerf, but Skolas is. Maybe the "nerf herders" title could work still.

I want to put together a little "OT Title" post later seeing as how we're fast approaching our need for a new one. I'll be changing up how I approach the titles considering the unpleasantness at the end of OT22/start of OT23. Bottom line is that I want people to keep throwing out all their creative suggestions but I'm not going to get involved with discussing the pros/cons of each one or respond to negativity about w/e I pick.
