this opens up viable new ways to play thankfully. instead of always running an exotic Heavy it allows people to change things up and find something else to shoot with. between the OP Ghorn and Exotic handcannon monopoly in ToO I haven't used an Exotic in my Secondary slot in ages.

If you do any Mercury runs let me know; I have literally never even touched Trials. I'd like to get to Mercury sometime but no pressure, wouldn't mind just being able to even check the mode out lol.

Well it's always your choice as to what weapons you run. As for the Sleeper Simulant, it's a Fusion Rifle that takes up your Heavy slot anyway, so you're back to square one there :)

Yeah, I guess I haven't had to use it in a while. Got both the PoE Void Auto Rifle from Skolas, and a Void Messenger from Trials.

Never made it to Mercury, always 8 max with a loss or two. Playing now with buddies but will likely try all night with various groups.

sure, we always had a choice but if you wanted to stay competitive (especially in ToO) you needed to run with those weapons.

ToO's always been about that Horseshoes and grenades perk, so I always see Tomorrow's Answer being used more than any other weapon. Most people just leave the Exotic for the primary, like you said, for either Hawkmoon, TWL, or Thorn :)

I always base things that I say predominantly off of PvE though.

Skolas would be cool but I'd need 34. I'm strait up garbage in pvp though so while Mercury would be cool, not really going to even try for that one.
