confession - I tried Division this afternoon for a little bit...
and I kinda liked the shooting.... it's obv got nothing on Destiny, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected

They have literally taken everything that we were criticizing today about the new weapon perks in TTK and turned it into an entire fucking event lol:

Tell us more about the new mechanics. How does it help us to avenge our vanquished partners?

Leif: When your teammate dies, you become “enraged” with the Broken Heart buff. When you find yourself alone in the fight, you gain maximum ratings for Armor, Agility, Recovery, and Weapon Handling speed. Hearing Bungie devs swear vengeance for their beloved Crimson partners during playtests sealed the deal for me.

I do want to take a moment to recognize that Deej's Deej-speak was definitely toned down.

I think I only saw 2 unnecessary sentences in that whole BWU.

Just read the BWU... I don't know why they needed the extra day to still tell us nothing useful. Bungie is trying really hard not making me want to play destiny.

I don't think I'll grind out crimson doubles for a chance at a 320 ghost even though that's the only item I need to have a 320 character.

Every event they can update Tess's inventory, but they still can't update other vendor inventories. I don't understand why the majority of vendors need a DLC to get new stuff.

I am so frustrated with these events.

Substantial content > events model any day of the week. The chase for shaders and emblems will never be as good as the quest for the Gjallahorn, Fatebringer, etc

This has been the worst week to be a Destiny fan.

The other vendors will get updated once they have items that cost silver.

Pretty nonplussed with the whole concept.

I want to get the guardians clasping hands emote just to spam it and make Ape uncomfortable, though.

I don't understand why we don't have weapon paks, armor paks and strike paks. I would gladly pay for these instead of the emotes. I bought some, I got a few that I really like but going forward I don't see myself buying anymore.

It's disappointing that there's nothing to the event besides a single PvP gametype, but I'm actually kind of excited for Crimson Doubles. It's actually the perfect PvP event for me since I have exactly one friend who I play with regularly, and we really like Elimination, but don't really play Trials since we don't always have a third.

I like that the pink and red ghost shell apparantly has little pink particle effects. There should be more gear with little touches like that. And adding the Drake dance and calling it "Awkward Dance" is pretty great.

I can play with a dirty aquatic ape tonight if he's up for it. Dont really care about The Division, the gameplay seems mediocre, especially compared to Destiny.

So Crimson doubles is doubles but elimination and when you die your team mate becomes a god and wipes the other team, lol

Who wants to date a max armour Ramlock, with max discipline and no manners
