Last year I replayed all 3D GTA games again and IV looks downright ugly on console. Sure, the 60fps on XSX was very nice to have but holy shit at the graphics. Really wish they had enhanced it for at least the last heb consoles, like they did do for RDR.

Addressed in the video, mod changes lighting but materials and textures are OG and not all play well with it, so modders will have to replace that stuff

Some scenes look amazing and I hope this will get comprehensively finished

5090 to get around 45-50 FPS. Basically full circle since initial release to now playable FPS to now less than 60 again
