On one hand it is kind of undercore

On the other your playing in hardcore, it's like a paradox. Or something.

Anyone planning on running this on a laptop? I'm hoping to at least see if I can get my fiance into it and we recently bought her a new laptop and although I'm sure it can run the game I'd like to have a better idea of how well. Specifically curious about the video card.

Proc: i7-2670QM
RAM: 6GB
Vid: Nvidia GT 610M 2GB

Video card will be the only bottle neck i think.
Good way would be to look up any benchmark score from that card and compare it to the requirement cards. For gaming you mostly want GT x50~80M (x can be 2~6) cards for nvidia.
And for AMD i think it mostly the x680~970m cards x650 being middle class laptop cards and x950 more top range laptop cards which are mostly downclocked middle range desktop cards.

I got mine with MSI Afterburner, click click button, done. I only had mine recently and I am very pleased with it as a replacement for my dead 8800gt. Not massively expensive and I don't PC game a huge amount but it is certainly a capable card.

There are achievements for doing specific quests and beating the game. You'll be able get the exact same achievements on all difficulties + hardcore (so x5 achievements)!

Too bad I live nowhere near any of their HQ's, and getting a gig even as a QA tester is impossible lol.

My dream is to someday be the head QA guy for a company like Blizzard. Shout outs to pipe dreams...like beating D3 Inferno solo in one sitting under 3 hours on hardcore mode with no gear on.
