Servers aren't live for another hour. You can force the client to open with a modified shortcut, but the game can't connect to anything and will shut down.

I'm still torn which platform to get this game on...PS5 or PC.

In the same boat. I like the relaxed stripped-down to gaming experience on the PS5. Also having a physical disc is nice. On the other hand the PC version offers proper 21:9 support, higher texture resolution, I can play with DualSense or mouse and keyboard, I can play on my TV or 21:9 (PC is connected to both), and it's 10 EUR cheaper.
