I remember seeing the trailer a few times and it has been heralded as the goriest movies of our time...or something stupid.
The trailer had alot of T&A and alot of blood...some scenes were pretty disturbing.
I never saw it playing in any theatres here in Toronto (didn't look that hard), and can't find it anywhere online...
