Did they ever make the third Blair Witch movie?

First tragedy, then farce.
Just curious.. I know the second one was terrible, and lost alot of money, but I remember a deal being inked to make it a trilogy.. did the third one ever get made? Strait to video or anything?

Some questions..aren't worth asking. ;) To my knowledge they never moved forward with the third project after the second piece of shite. Funny how contracts can just "go away" in Hollywood for fear of flops..
