In Sopranos Pinball you can 'cheat' the code:
For some reason the game doesn't consider the Stugots drop target to be a legitimate switch hit. So, even if the game has no ball save, you can hit that target, drain, and keep playing to the point where you can start a multiball at the start of the game.
Here's what you do:
1) Short Plunge: Plunge the ball but not hard enough to reach the top of the table. It will fall down the right side where you can catch it on the right flipper
2)Backhand the Stugots target: Just hit the ball from the right flipper straight up into the drop target in front of the Stugots.
3)Drain: As long as you don't hit anything else (no slingshots or side targets) you can drain and get the ball back in the plunger lane.
*LIGHT LOCK is now lit
4)Repeat: This time short plunge onto the right flipper but this time the drop target is down and you can lock the ball in Stugots
*LOCK ONE
5)Repeat: The drop target will be up. Short plunge, hit the drop target and drain.
*LIGHT LOCK is lit again
6)Repeat: Short Plunge, the drop target is down. Hit Stugots again
LOCK BALL TWO
You are now in Stugots multiball and the game doesn't think you've hit a switch at all yet.
It's gotten to the point where everyone who plays in tournaments does this. Personally I really don't like it. I think it's a flaw they need to fix and I think it's against the spirit of competition. However, if you play someone who does this, you need to do it too because otherwise they will start a multi ball every ball of the game and you will be trying to catch up by hitting the target normally, which is a notorious drain on this game.
