I've looked for this recently and haven't been able to locate a copy. At gamestop.com they only have the preowned version (BLASPHEMY!)

I don't think so. My local Gamestop and TRU have stacks, and I know it was available like a week ago on several online sites (Toys and Joys, ncsx, amazon, EB, etc).

Depends on the city really, there's only a couple used copies in Jacksonville. Usually because they didn't ship many there. Didn't have a large print run really.

Any news on a PAL release? I understand the company which released Nocturne/Lucifers Call has an option on it.

During my semi-difficult search for Nocturne (took two weeks to find a copy), most places in the Seattle area still had DDS for $55 new.

TRU is the best place to get DDS. As another poster pointed out, some stores didn't get display cases with their copies of the game, so they haven't been able to sell what they have.
