I remember catching an episode of the Jenny Jones show a few years back and there was J. Mascis playing out the commercials for the ENTIRE show... first came the shock, then the sadness.

I still remember one of the clips he did...in which he was fighting with another guy for a girl...It was pretty hilarious...That aside, I don't know if he has done more things to be considered famous.
