In case you ever wondered why any film or show made by Disney in the past few years has been sucking harder and harder. I started getting an actual headache reading this. If I were making a film under Disney and my team and I had to follow these guidelines, I'd go crazy or quit. Imagine finding someone perfect for the job, happens to be a white dude, but you know you already hit your quota of White Males for your production, so you have to pass on them.
