Not sure about this particular odd plan, but his AI engineering team (ignore your view of him personally) is very good, so who knows what they'll achieve.
Also: the major sources of information that are often overused in training AI, like Wikipedia in particular, are already colonized by politicized rewriting of history & reality. Wikipedia is an outright disinformation source at this point; a key case in point is to look at how it took the most a-historical and extreme approach to "trans" name changes, and immediately rewrites even a public figure's past achievements and successes as if they were the other sex the entire time, bringing a total disregard for reality.

While there was looting by opportunistic people in the beginning (and some property damage), most of the violence has come from the police (based on footage I've seen) with rubber bullets, cornering, batons, smoke grenades, etc. Asserting dominance is not always the best way to get people to disperse. Those are Bull Conner/Jim Clark tactics.

Were they not mostly (although not completely) peaceful? I just checked and nobody died. The area affected by the riots were quite small as well. With how some in the media were acting you would swear it was the start of an insurrection and the entire LA area was a war zone. I could have sworn the US had sporting events with worse riots.
