Popular Dungeons & Dragons streamer Jeremy ‘GloriousArcadum’ Black has been accused of manipulation, emotional abuse, and sexual assault. In total, at least ten women have made similar accusations against the streamer, who says he will issue a response.

The allegations​

It is alleged that on August 26, Arcadum reached out to multiple women with whom he was friends, explaining that he was going to “block, and ban all the girls he had been involved with or close with” in an attempt to save his relationship with streamer Tiffany Tiefling.

However, Momo claims that “it was not until later, when I was approached by the other women who he had forcibly removed, that he was simply trying to sweep all his wrongdoing under the rug, to salvage his reputation with his community.”

Another nine women have posted similar messages, all relaying their experience with Black. These include VTubers/streamers Lyra121, Cri, NaomiOop, SummerSalt, Rediculous, UzuriMia, Kelli Siren, and Folkona.

Folkona’s claims include an accusation of sexual assault. “Arcadum asked to scratch my back and play with my hair,” she wrote. “I was obviously okay with this because he hadn’t been intimate with me before this point and I am super friendly in this sense with others. It was only when his hands started wandering where they shouldn’t when it became something more.

“I finally got the courage to get up from the seat I was in, he also stood up and attempted to embrace me very close. I allowed it because I assumed it was a hug, only to feel his erection against my leg. I remained motionless and did not touch Arcadum back in any way, shape or form. This weird, dry-humpy embrace lasted several minutes as he cried into my neck. I could feel him gripping at my shirt and pants and holding me violently and just crying into my neck.”

Plus: famous people => most of them are manipulators. So they will manipulate themselves into other's underpants.

Grow the fuck up. If you are molested, go to the police right away, or shoot down the perpetrator big time. Problem partly solved. I know it's hard, but bringing the public into this is problematic.

All I'm saying that women are sexualized everywhere by magazines, porn and so on. So maybe fix the broken things in society, and maybe most of these symptoms will cease to exist.

Well someone made unsubstantiated (as of now) accusations so his life is over. If it comes out they lied they should absolutely be held legally responsible for fucking his life. Our legal system sucks ass though and it won’t happen, as evidenced by previous liars flat out getting away with it with other people.

What I don't get is that these aren't politicians or celebrities involved in big scandals, but apparently the way to deal with things now is to release a statement on Twitter so some website can cover it and pretend it's a big deal. I've never heard of any of these people, and as far as I'm aware he, the most known of them, is just some guy some people watch and have heard of. For comparison, Matthew Mercer, professional voice actor and D&D dungeon master for Critical Role, is likely the most known person in D&D and has 756k followers vs his 58k, yet in the grand scheme of things MM is a nobody. If you've never heard of MM, think how unknown Arcadum must be. Then realise that the 10 accusation accounts combined have less followers than he has. These are nobodies turning something mostly personal into something "Official" instead of dealing with it and moving on, and all I see is delusions of grandeur creating a storm in a teacup.

This isn't news. But maybe that's what I should expect from Dexerto, some site I've never heard of that does insightful pieces like "NICKMERCS calls for Warzone to follow Apex Legends crackdown on Strike Packs" and "xQc gets roasted over his ‘lack of roleplaying’ by NoPixel owner after GTA RP run-in".

I don't know if he did anything or not, of this is true or not, what i don't like is people shrugging off responsability base on the temptation. It would be like going to the supermarket downing a whisky bottle then blame it on the supermaket.

Also, i doubt that guy has pussy jumping on him from every tree, if he did do it, pay for it, no excuses, if it's a lie she should pay for it no excuses. No dancing around the subject and pretend that everyone is wrong except yourself.

In the event that you are in the right, and you actually did nothing wrong, is she the type who, for whatever reason, will falsely accuse you of something?

Some guys like to behave as if there's no way to tell, but that wouldn't be the truth. You can tell. If you take the time to properly get to know a female before getting yourself into certain situations, not falling victim to your raw instincts at the time then you can better protect yourself against these circumstances. You have to be willing to risk losing chances or opportunities with a girl to be certain that when something actually DOES happen, you know for certain that this is really what she wants, and you know what kind of person she is. A lot of men are too thirsty. If you get yourself in a compromising position before knowing fully what her intention is then unfortunately you've put yourselves in the crosshairs and 10 times out of 10 you're likely now screwed regardless if what you're saying is true. Too many guys ignore getting to know a girl the right way, and only focus on fucking first. No matter how good it may be, it ain't worth the drama that can come with it if you guys aren't 100% on the same page.

I don't know what really happened here and if any of it is true, so I won't pass any judgment on the person. This is their business and for them to deal with, but anybody immediately blaming the girl for allowing him to do a few things, and then thinking she has no right to be upset if then he naturally goes even further "because she knew what would happen and how men are" has the wrong take on this. With that, I'm done.

WTF what a weird story. A guy who is super awkward and has zero clue how to make advances toward a woman (and read her cues to determine if they are wanted or not). A woman who lets some creepy neckbeard scratch her back and play with her hair as if this is a normal thing that a platonic male acquaintance would ask a woman for.

If true, this is definitely on him. Guys need to be taught to recognize social cues, and if a girl is not into you, you need to back the fuck off and stop making her uncomfortable.

Although I do think we need to teach girls that some guys just have no clue. If some beta male keeps trying to awkwardly push the boundaries of what’s appropriate for a platonic male/female relationship, there’s like a 99% chance he’s just trying to get in your pants. And you aren’t doing him any favors by trying not to hurt his feelings. You should feel free to tell him straightforwardly that you’re not interested, and tell him to fuck off if he gets all defensive and plays the victim afterward.

I can guarantee you women are very aware of how men have no clue, and that they can be dangerous when things are taken the wrong way. They SHOULD feel free to tell a man straightforward they're not interested... In an idealistic world. However, (not all) women cannot simply do that - out of fear of retaliation.

An awkward guy gets mixed signals and is told to fuck off, they can still act out of line and be threatening. Women are used to it and often the safest course of action is to try and ignore it or "let it happen" if it isn't forcefully endangering.

For example, my friend was outside of a bank and a guy catcalled her from his window and made remarks to her. She is a brave gives-no-fucks soul and told him to fuck off. Then he started to pull over and park in the bank lot. She had to run inside and hide with the employees until they saw him drive off + she got escorted out. Different scenario than the OP story, but it shows women can't just shut men's advances.

That is why the onus is on us men to do better. We shouldn't be the ones putting them in uncomfortable positions and why communication is key.
