Simple question:

whats your policy on taking business video calls while pooping?

Personally, i dont do it often, but i have taken the phone into the bathroom with me mid-meeting. Turn video and audio off of course, unless I meed to chime in, then i turn on my mic.

Haven't had the need to do that, but sure if nature called and it couldn't wait and I was able to turn video and audio off and keep listening (i.e. it was something important and I couldn't just step away for a few minutes) I don't see an issue with that. I mostly wouldn't have the option though as I'm usually doing the meeting at my desk on my PC rather than on a phone or table though.

Having to pee is more common, and that I just step away for quickly. Bathroom is right outside my mancave/home office, though a ways a way in normal times when I'm in my work office downtown.

Considering I don't do business video calls but meet all my "customers" irl it would be quite hard to so while taking a shit.

I was holding a virtual class with my 8th grade students one morning and one of the three kids (out of 25 total) with their camera and mic on picked up their device and started carrying it into the bathroom. Just as he was getting ready to sit down, I noticed he was in a bathroom and immediately kicked him out of the class. He came back apologetic claiming that he always takes his iPad into the bathroom with him and forgot that he left everything on.

I'd like to say that's worst thing that has happened in a virtual classroom this year, but I have seen a lot of parents walking around in the background with only their underwear.

I don't take the phone into the bathroom (Costanzaaren'tyouspecial.gif), and some amazing teacher in my school when I was a kid told us that we should educate our bodies to go number two early in the mornings before taking our daily shower, and I did just that.
Now is even easier 'cause I eat once a day.
