At 8PM? No, you've most likely missed their cutoff deadlines.

Some items are guaranteed, and they'll be a countdown ticker saying "Order within x hours and x minutes and get it tomorrow (date) guaranteed!" (with One Day Shipping)

Those are guaranteed. Other items aren't.

If you order something around mid day, say 12pm, chances are it will ship by 4pm and you'll get it the next day.
