2-GBA micro's mini-EXT is for recharging as well as? USB? GBA Linking? GCN Connectivity?

3-Folder/Sponge said something about the new GBA being wireless...is it?

4-Rumors of giving GBA more multi-medi functions. Mr. Miyamoto was being interveiwed this E3, whipped out the new GBA micro and was said to be playing a "video cartridge" on it...by what means? One of those Majesco GBAVideo carts or...Play-Yan? Where the hell is Play-Yan anyways???

5-Nintendo Revolution's front flap = SD Card. Why so big? 2 SD Card slots? Something else?
UNKNOWN- I read somewhere that it had 2 USB & 2 SD Card slots...but most other reports are saying just one.

6-Nintendo Revolution is said to come with 512MB flash memory. On-board or simply packed with an SD Card?
UNKNOWN- I heard onboard, and I've heard/assumed that it just comes with 512MB of flash memory, not neccessarily on-board.

7-Did Nintendo clearly say that Nintendo Revolution was only 2 to 3 times more powerful than GCN? Misquote?
YES?- I remember seeing it, but it was a mainstream newspaper so I didn't know how misquoted it might have been.

8-Did Nintendo clearly say there was going to be a SpaceWorld 2005 or just another event for Nintendo Revolutions unveiling?
NO- Nintendo is revealing more Revolution news later on, but never specifically said SpaceWorld yet.

9-NDS WiFi network connection. 56kb support??? Will a seperate "home kit" peice of hardware be required?

10-Why is there this impression that Nintendo is going to launch Nintendo Revolution LATE 2006?

11-Mario Party 7 is 8 Players...how? An add-on for the GCN's Seriel Port #2?
NO- ARRRRRG...just when I thought I knew what the last GCN port was for!

12-World Of Mana...did it ever get announced what platform(s) it's for?
NO- We know one is coming to NDS, but it's still unknown what platform(s) the one Square-Enix showed at their pre-show conference was for???

13-Mr. Kojima was said to be at Nintendo's E3 Pre-Show conference...was he really?
YES- He was there, but how come no one asked him for impressions of Nintendo's showing?

14-Mr. Mikami? Where the hell is he?

As these questions are answered I'll edit this post with the answer so more people will know. And for those who're still wondering, the woman in my Avatar is Ewa Sonnet.

7-Did Nintendo clearly say that Nintendo Revolution was only 2 to 3 times more powerful than GCN? Misquote?

Perrin Kaplan did say that, yes. It was in the USA Today article.

10-Why is there this impression that Nintendo is going to launch Nintendo Revolution LATE 2006?

Because they haven't revealed any games or tech demos yet, while the others have.

11-Mario Party 7 is 8 Players...how? An add-on for the GCN's Seriel Port #2?

LAN?

Mario Party 7 is 8 player with 4 controllers. You share the controllers for the games. From what I understand is there are specific mini-games that will be 8 player.

i read something about the 8 player mode on mp7... 2 players per controller... seriously

5-Nintendo Revolution's front flap = SD Card. Why so big? 2 SD Card slots? Something else?

I beleive it is 2 SD Card slots, I'm not sure whether I read that from IGN or some other sites hands on impression on the actual hardware.

6-Nintendo Revolution is said to come with 512MB flash memory. On-board or simply packed with an SD Card?

If I recall correctly, its on board.

7-Did Nintendo clearly say that Nintendo Revolution was only 2 to 3 times more powerful than GCN? Misquote?

Perrin Kaplan said it in a USAToday article

8-Did Nintendo clearly say there was going to be a SpaceWorld 2005 or just another event for Nintendo Revolutions unveiling?

They didn't say if there was gonna be an event but Iwata did say they will have to reveal most of the information, including the revolutionary aspect before the end of this year.

10-Why is there this impression that Nintendo is going to launch Nintendo Revolution LATE 2006?

I don't know where you got that impression from.

12-World Of Mana...did it ever get announced what platform(s) it's for?

Hasn't been any word on it.

13-Mr. Kojima was said to be at Nintendo's E3 Pre-Show conference...was he really?

Yes, I think thats how Johnny Nighttrain got to take his photo with him.

15-What is the name of the girl in DrGAKMAN's avatar?

Yeah its like playing, 4 player Anticipation with 2 controllers, or 2 player Adventures of Cookies and Cream with one controller or Micro Machines.

I like that idea, pretty cool.

Where the hell is Play-Yan anyways???
Word. Which brings up other good questions such as, "Where the hell is my Puzzle Collection?!", "Gimme my damn Puzzle Collection!", and "PLAY YAN! NOW!" >:[

6-Nintendo Revolution is said to come with 512MB flash memory. On-board or simply packed with an SD Card?

Both, there'll be 512MB internal flash memory, and the memory cards will be 512MB big.

No. Onboard, correct, but there is no "memory card". It uses SD media, whatever size you have.

i also believe there was something about the memory supplier for Rev saying they would begin full scale production of the memory mid-2006. i'm not sure of the details though.

Does flash memory require a power source? I'm assuming not, but just making sure...

From what I gather CF, MMC, MS, SD, XD and all those other flash media cards don't require their own battery or power source to keep the data alive, just like a floppy disk doesn't...but in order to save to or read from the cards the reader needs to have a power source though...duh!

To me...having 512MB's on-board the Revolution hardware itself would be okay, but it's like so unclear why. I mean, if the thing is already gonna have an SD Card slot reader built-in why not just pack it with a 512MB SD card instead? That way you could take that SD Card with your own data on it to another person's Revolution with less hassle.

Can that on-board memory be used like a HD is used in some Xbox games? Like loading fast?

Play-Yan was being showcased by N at E3 this year; the top two GB Micros had Japanese Play Yans in them with the Zelda GameCube trailer on an SD card. There was a message below the display explaining what was going on. Meanwhile, we got a pretty informal confirmation that the Play-Yan will be coming to America. Looks like Nintendo may be helping to pioneer this thing... maybe.

Maybe I shouldn't quote speeds, but I think that as far as memory read/write speeds go flash is at the bottom of the list:
-on-chip memory
-fast specialty memory (like MoSys in GCN & Revolution)
-normal solid-state memory
-HD cache
-flash-based memory

So I think it'd be impractical to use that as like memory expansion or cache memory.

It would make since to, and I REALLY want them to, but really how can it simply being at E3 (yet not announced) be a confirmation that it's coming for sure? Afterall, they showed off the holotube with Star Fox in it and a special Nintendo made GCN LCD monitor, plus lot's of other things at past E3's that I'm sure never made it to fruition.

When you say "we got"...who is we...are you with a gaming mag or site Steve?
