Same, I've not even gotten half way for all the powers apparently. like 3 or 4 more to get so I don't see reason for the DLC so soon, Mario Kart World on the other hand needs a re-fresher. Like even just adding DK stuff into the game or something seems like lost potential.

I'm even one of the people who didn't mind the overall price increases for games, but this genuinely is just straight greed. I asked for this and I'm glad to have DK Island explorable again but I really didn't expect it this soon.

The base game itself does have a ton of content, I got 100% at 75 hours before I put it down. Well worth my dollar.
However it will be hard for anyone not to feel like this was purposely held out of the base game for some extra cash.
If this was 4-6 months after the initial release I bet people wouldn't bat an eye.

It was 80 here in Euroland and only these past few days it has dropped in price (by a whole 4€ on Amazon).

The world = not only the US of A my man.

PS : Next up, you're gonna call someone a hater® if they "dare" to mention that the Pro Controller 2 had an initial price of 90 Eurodollars.

Again, the only "haters" in these kind of topics are the hardcore Nintendo loyals which can't take neither facts, nor critiscism that well.

This is exactly how I feel. I'm closing in on 50 hours in DBZ, and not even close to 100%, so it's hard to see this as a rip-off, but, man, it's impossible to deny the fact that this could have been in the base game. It kind of sours what would otherwise have been a perfect addition to the post game. DK Isle is really the only thing that the base game was missing.

I guess I will wait for reviews.

I dont mind paying for good DLC or expansion like Future Redeemed for Xenoblade 3.....but my biggest issue here is the roguelike element which I'm not fan of.

I purchased it. Explored a bit of DK island. A lot of fan service so far.

As I was playing Emerald Rush on DK island I didn't quite understand what was happening every time I gained a fossil. I think I'm understanding what Roguelike means now.

I'll have full impressions once I understand what the eF I'm doing.

I have to be honest. This is beyond scummy. They pretty much cut content on purpose just to release it not even 2 months after the release for another 20$ for the already expensive 80$ game .

If that isn't scam and super scummy then I don't know what is. And people actually buying this and supporting this behavior are the problem of this industry. Because you are allowing these company to treat you like a cow and keep on milking you. You would deserve that title too .
