It's gotten to the point where it's hard to even rub shit in the face of the Secret bandwagon anymore because they're so embarrassing. I miss the days when they were good enough to warrant people believing in them but bad enough that they never actually won shit.

No shame in losing to the team thats going to run the table

i'm always conflicted when mvp does well, they look like really nice guys and try super hard but korean teams winning dota games gives me the chills

It's a pretty new scene compared to even NA DotA. MVP has always been decent at big events, it just seems they don't take the smaller SEA events all that seriously.

I know that randomly flaming is your hobby but that's not garbage play, that just fucking happens when your void chronos right into the path you're walking.

That's about the least garbage thing.

When you're playing with a void you have to look at where you're going
Walking in a chrono is not excusable at this level of play, especially when the void is on your team

It wasn't like he blinked in and then Void blinked onto him and used it, he slowly ran at them after Void had blinked and had to know it was coming. It was a fundamental flaw with their lineup--their biggest damage dealer was Sven, and their biggest lockdown was Chronosphere. They just don't work well together imo.

Hello I haven't watched pro Dota since September is EE still being an id- welp.
Some things never change. Man, I missed these nonsense matches.

Is Sheever anywhere to be seen these days?

Yeah in general melee carry + void is not good (with exceptions like ember), but this play was just plain bad
Game would have been lost anyway, he couldn't have done shit in that fight anyway, but still

Well, not 'but still'.

That mistake was not only completely excusable it didn't matter much in that situation. I'd rather blame void for setting up the chrono in a way that made it impossible for Sven to participate, but he actually hit 3 targets at least.

That was no garbage play and this kind of mistake happens constantly even at a pro level.

She is the head commentator (I guess that's a title that fits) currently on the Twitch Stream. She has worked really hard to become quite a respectable commentator. I've always liked Sheever, but I know a lot of people hated her from like 2013-2014.

She's quite competent at the moment and while I only care about the following when it doesn't affect the quality, it sure is nice to not have a complete sausage fest.

Sweet! When she dropped out of casting for a while after TI3 I was pretty sad but it's awesome to see she's doing so well on panels nowadays. Gonna have to look up more than just replays now.

CTY Morph, neat. But against that lineup I'm not so sure. Especially when they got a Lion support who can hex, impale and mana drain. The latter will also deal with linkins just fine.

Alright, lotus orb would be a great item for EHOME.

For how often the warlock maanaged to harass WR back to base, he's actually missing out on so many lasthits. Everytime I'm looking mid and w33ha is there, he's getting just about every deny. That midas could've been 1-2minutes earlier.

e: Well that was a disaster.

Well that Golem was another complete waste. There's no way they can just kill the full health tide like that with backup on dire's highground.

lets see who predicted EHOME to win the tournament:

xiao8 - LOSER
Merlini - LOSER
NS - LOSER
Black - LOSER
LightOfHeaven - LOSER
Hahaz - STATS LOSER
Noxville - LOSER

ppd and Arteezy - WINNER

I don't think Aghs is actually such a great item on Warlock. I mean I guess it's what you'd get if you play him as a core but the two Golems are a bit weaker than the single one and yeh, in games like that it's questionable if they can even attack freely at all. Impale, Black Hole, Ravage, Windrun and Windwalk.

edit:
Now that move by the Rubik, that was potentially game ruining play. Lifting the Tide outside of kinetic field and allowing him to get out of static form? If there was backup he would've ravaged and teh game was won.
